Fitness Program for Travelers
Two week fitness program you can do from anywhere in the world
Travel much? Here's a program to keep you active and healthy during any two weeks of traveling. Minimal equipment is required so you can do this program in your hotel room, gym, park or anywhere you have a little bit of space. Each workout is only 25-40 minutes so you can squeeze these in before or after a long day.
Traveling should not hinder your health and fitness. Stay on track with this program!
Equipment needed:
- Area you can lay down. You can add a towel or mat if you'd like.
- Light Dumbbells. You can also use water bottles, shoes or anything you can hold with a little weight to it.
- Exercise cord
- Jump rope *optional
Make a commitment to yourself and complete this two week program while you're away from home. Many of these workouts can be repeated if you are away longer or travel often.
